Discord Admin Bot - Terms of Service

Thank you for using Discord Admin Bot ("the Bot"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bot and any associated services within the Discord platform. By accessing or using Discord Admin Bot, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Bot.

1. Community Support and Subscriptions

  • Voluntary Subscriptions: By subscribing, you are choosing to support the Discord Admin Bot community. Subscriptions do not represent a purchase of any actual products or services. Instead, they are contributions to maintain and improve the Bot’s features, development, and community.
  • Perks of Subscriptions: Subscribing may grant you additional access or features as a perk tied to your community role in our main Discord server. These perks are not standalone services or guarantees of functionality. They are subject to change based on the role you hold within the community.

2. Bot Access and Functionality

  • Free Access: Discord Admin Bot offers free access to basic functionality. The Bot’s free features may be limited, and any premium features are tied to your community status or role.
  • Role-Based Features: Enhanced features of Discord Admin Bot are accessible to users based on their role in our main Discord community. Access levels and features are determined solely by your role and not by any subscription you hold.
  • No Warranty of Availability: Access to the Bot and its features is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties or guarantees of uptime, availability, or performance. We are not responsible for any disruptions or unavailability of the Bot at any time.

3. Use of the Bot

  • Responsible Use: You agree to use the Bot in compliance with Discord’s terms of service and community guidelines. Any misuse or violation of these rules, including harassment, spamming, or using the Bot for illegal activities, may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Bot.
  • Prohibited Activities: You are not permitted to reverse-engineer, decompile, or manipulate the Bot’s code or use the Bot to harm other users or disrupt the Discord platform.

4. Changes to Terms and Services

  • Modifications: We may modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in our main Discord server or website. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
  • Service Adjustments: We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the Bot, its features, and role-based access at any time, with or without notice. Subscribers acknowledge that premium features may be altered or removed at our discretion.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

  • No Guarantees: The Bot is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Bot will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall the Bot’s creators or administrators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Bot, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

6. User Data and Privacy

  • Data Collection: Discord Admin Bot may collect and store certain data as part of its functionality, such as your Discord username, roles, and interactions with the Bot. This data is used solely for the purpose of delivering Bot services and managing community features.
  • No Personal Data Sharing: We do not share your personal data with any third parties outside of what is required by Discord for Bot functionality. Your privacy is important, and we comply with Discord’s own privacy guidelines.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Bot is managed. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved under the appropriate legal system.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to Discord Admin Bot at our discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including violations of these Terms.
